Shipping & Delivery

We always keep you notified whether an item can be delivered to your location. To determine your location we will use your default delivery address set on your account; otherwise, we will use your IP address.


Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected at the time of checkout.

For shipping product overseas, customs charges or import duties may be applicable which will be collected at the time of delivery.


Delivery Time

We notify you the specific estimate of transit time when you are finalizing the order at checkout. Depending to warehouse location we use Domestic and International delivery service. If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.


Stock Availability

Purchase of any product is always subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. If In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.


Return & Exchange

If you purchased or received a product directly from UnitedBluerise.com and would like to return or exchange it within 10 days, we can accept return or exchange. Returned goods must be in perfect, unused condition and must be made within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days, we will not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect.

If you purchased your product from a retail store or a website other than UnitedBluerise.com, please go directly to the original place of purchase.


If You Received the Wrong Product

If you received the wrong product in your shipment, or are missing something from your order, please contact us direct at [email protected]. To expedite a resolution, please indicate your web order number, as well as the item that was shipped in error or was missing from your order. We will process a replacement shipment and provide return instructions if applicable as soon as possible.


Returns & Exchanges Procedure

To process a non-warranty return or exchange please follow the Request for Return or Exchange. Returns take approximately 7-10 business days to process and do require a Return Authorization Form (if applicable).
